Anyways, we had a good time. My dad is in love with the Reservoir because it is usually empty, so he gets the whole place to himself; just him and the silky glass water. Perfect for any slalom skier. We boated, wakeboarded, skied, and played on the beach one day. We also went shooting off from the side of the building. My brothers also enjoy hitting golf balls off the edge, seeing if they can hit the river. Here are some pictures to help you visualize it better.

Our 4th of July Trip to the Ranch
This 4th of July weekend, we took a last-minute, spontaneous trip to Oneida Reservoir. My grandma on my mom's side owns approximately 150 acres of land and put a cabin on it. It is located right along the Bear River outside of Preston, Idaho. I should actually say "cabin" because it isn't your typical cabin. Kory had a hard time picturing it until he got to see it. My grandma was trying to avoid tax costs of some sort, so she built the place to mimic a garage and not a cabin. So we call it the "Tin Inn", "Hot Pot Tin Inn", or simply the Ranch. No particular reason to the last name, it just kinda stuck. :)
