Thanksgiving at Grandama Jo's

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!

This year we drove down to Phelan, California to have Thanksgiving with Grandma Jo Ann, Grandpa Vernon, Paris, Brittany, Joe and the gang. :) We did so much - made homemade candies (turtles, dipped pretzels, almond joys, buttercreams, honey candy...), shopped Black Friday, and drove around town following Joe. ;) Hopefully these pictures will fill in the gaps of what we did all week...
Sweet Sydney did SO surprising well on her first road trip. She had one bad moment in the car on the ride down (8 hrs) and no crying moments in the car on the way home (11 hrs). Exceptional baby...we are spoiled, I know.
Tiny second-cousins: Finnley (3 weeks) and Sydney (2 1/2 mo)
Pulling HONEY CANDY!
Keep pulling....
Making buttermilk syrup, yum!
Dance Dance Revolution at the Pizza Factory (videos below! lol)
She loved that random squishy toy thing.
I watched Madison start reading a book to Breckon, then Breckon started reading to Madison. Then Owen wanted to listen. And then, Brynne wanted to play. Then, there was a fight between Breckon and Owen... lol I watched it all play out.
Sitting in the beenie babies.

Joe cutting the Turkey!
She and I loved the Moby Wrap so much that we went and bought one of our own! It's green :)
SUCH an adorable picture!!

This is only a fraction of what we had to deal with going home. Our 8 hour drive turned into almost 11 due to bad weather and like 5 accidents and several people stuck in the snow. It was crazy...glad that's over.
