Thanksgiving 2011

One of our recently established traditions is driving down to Phelan, California and spending Thanksgiving week with Kory's Grandma Jo Ann and Grandpa Vernon.  His extended family lives nearby and we get to spend time with Aunt Kim and her kids, Brittany & Joe and their kids Owen and Mabel, Kandace & Cole and their baby Finnley (born 2 months after Sydney), Collin, and Vance.
Sydney did a great job on the 8 hour drive, because this time we split it up into two days. We stayed in Vegas on the way down, but we drove straight through on the way back.

Getting into things she shouldn't (as usual).
On the way to church.
Hugs!
The highchair needed a belt. Hence, the bungee. :)

Baby Mabel! Last year, it was Sydney that was this age (Syd born Sept 10th/Mabel born Sept 5th)
All the kids had a hard time sharing (except for Madison) but they played with each other just the same.

 Blowing Auntie Jenn kisses.

Sydney was having a ball feeding the cheerios to Finnley. :)
Vance's Farewell! We tried to get a picture with all the grand-babies but little ones don't always cooperate. For example, Sydney refused to stand still.

Breakfast at Jim's Family Restaurant in Utah the day Vance went into the MTC.

GOOD LUCK ELDER LONG on your PHILADELPHIA PITTSBURGH MISSION!
God blesses His missionaries and loves you for taking 2 years out of your life to serve him.
We will be praying for you and support you wholeheartedly!
