Little Miss Independent

Sydney T is almost 17 months old! We love our little Sydney; we can't imagine our lives without her. :)  However, she has been a little menace lately as well... Here is a preview of just a few things she has been up to:
Learning how to play Dress-up and Talking on the Phone, (Auntie Jenn made Sydney an adorable tutu for Christmas. She has really loved it. The other day, she brought me her tutu, pick beanie, and bow and begged me to put them on her. So I did...and this is what she wore all day! :) )
She loves to talk on the phone with her Grandma Teresa and Grandpa Randy. Everyday (literally), she begs me to use to phone and called them. She can be quite the chatterbox.

She accidentally hung up on grandma. Her reaction is hilarious.
Lounging (this is our spot in the morning and almost everyday for the last month while I've felt sick.),

"Reading" (She loves her books. Kory reads to her every night before bed, but apparently that's not enough because she brings me books throughout the day.)

Talking,

 Loves taking Baths,

Walking around town (with Auntie Shantel and Nana),

Being Miss Independent (eating a banana by herself),
(wearing (and trying to walk in) mommy's shoes)
(and drinking from straws),
Apparently she felt like she wasn't too big for this toy yet. I was not in the room, and when I walked in I found her stuck but playing in her Play Gym. She hadn't realized yet that she couldn't get out of it the same way she got in. Whatever way that was. haha
Fascinated by the real eagle at my brother's Eagle Scout Award Ceremony.

 Playing in the Snow,
 (even in our tutu)

Getting into stuff that's not hers (This is my sister's secret box of cereal),

Climbing (...in places she shouldn't),
and Falling (this was her nastiest fall. Scraping down the handles of the entertainment center.),
  Climbing stairs,
Watching Signing Time and learning many new signs,
and Slides.

But at the end of the day, we can't help but forgive this little baby girl.
"God makes babies to sleep so that we can forgive them."

Hey if you want to make those little picture collages go to Photobucket.com and just sign up for a free membership. Then I just make them, copy them to my desktop, and upload to the blog. :) DONEZO! :)
