Fall Festivities

This Fall has been fun so far. We have loved the wonderful October weather this year. It only snowed once and the rest of the days were cool and colorful like Autumn should be. This season we went to Hee-Haws Farms and trick-or-treating.

HEE-HAWS

Hee-Haws is a farm with a Corn Maze, Barnyard Activities, and Pumpkin Patch. Just perfect for our little Sydney. We also picked up our pumpkins for Halloween.

She pretty much just wanted to eat the pumpkins.

Ironically, we believe this is the same tractor that Kory and I took a picture on back when we came to Hee-Haws for one of BYU's Homecoming dances. Good times. :)

HALLOWEEN

For Halloween, Sydney was a Bumblebee. :) She could have been a Ladybug too if we wanted because her costume was a reversible coat: one side Ladybug the other Bee. I chose the bee because it was so adorable and different. She made quite the cute irresistible thing at the door trick-or-treating too. Yes, I did take her out for about six houses because my younger sisters wanted to take her. I do have to say that Sydney had a blast trick-or-treating. Her favorites were the suckers of course.

Our Story...

Kory and Shay found each other at Brigham Young University at a Ward Choir practice, and they have been inseparable ever since. All except for the year and a half that she decided to follow Kory's lead and serve the Lord as a full time missionary, where she did so in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from 2007-2008. Kory valiantly served in the New York, New York South Mission during 2003-2005. Now that they have been majestically reunited, they finished their college degrees while initially living in Provo, Utah. Now, they reside in Alpine, Utah. Two turned to three when their gorgeous daughter, Sydney, entered their lives September 2010. They currently live a challenging, yet happy life, and await for the next turn life's path brings them.
