New Words & Growing Hair

Sydney is growing up into a little social toddler. She has learned a lot of new words and is still enjoying her copy-cat stage. Her latest favorite word is "up". She will routinely run up to our legs, sometimes whining first, and then say, "hi" all sweet-like, followed by a demanding, "up!"  She's figured out that if she swoons us first, she will usually get what she wants. ;)  haha.
Her other words include: mommy, daddy, nana, mama (grandma), baby, please, and okie doky (or as she pronounces: odie dody).
We recently hung out with the Hix's and they taught Sydney how to throw her head back and laugh.  They also taught her how to stick her tongue out. Okay, I actually should blame that one on her daddy. She did it so much the first time that she was spitting her food out and then laughing. Daddy got in trouble.
Sydney's sucker from trick-or-treating. It's funny how candy/sugar can make a child so ecstatic. :)

At one of my sister's (Shantel Flanary) soccer games at USU.
I can't remember if I posted this video or not...It's Sydney trying to walk in her new shoes, but the bottoms of the shoes are too slick. We've fixed it since then.

Look at how her hair has grown.
It is starting to curl in the back!
And she is learning how to comb her hair.

She just started doing this one day. I love the curiosity of a child.

Playing at the park with Aunts.  She loves slides.

Her latest and biggest infatuation is water bottles.  Mainly it's the caps. She has to put it on and off, on and off, over and over again. If we don't let her have the bottle she throws her cute little fit by stomping her feet. Yes, it is cute now. I know that will change in time. :)
